There are four things certain about the current health care insurance system in the USA:

1. It cost too much

2. It covers too few

3. It excludes too much and

4. It is getting worse

Every day premium cost go up, everyday more people are uninsured and everyday insurance companies figure ways to reduce what and who they cover. 

So why should we stick with such a system?  We need reform and we  need reform NOW!
